I do not care if you've had a site before, if you've never had a site, if you've been web designing for a week, or if you've been web designing for seven years.

You simply need to show me, through your examples of your own work that you can make a nice graphic and create a layout around that graphic.

kind of site

I host graphic/design/resource sites, which may also have anything else on them that owners would like. Such as blogs, reviews, contests, articles, and so on.

Or, I would also enjoy to host review sites, award sites, site listings, et cetera, for graphic/design/resource sites.

If you have another type of site in mind, e-mail me and we'll talk. I'm open to ideas.

updating

You are expected to update at least once every two weeks (2 weeks - 14 days.)

absence

If you're going to be absent from your site (for a vacation, a family visit, or any sort of trip) for a week or longer, please be considerate and e-mail me or leave a comment on my site to LET ME KNOW that you'll be gone for a bit.

If you're gone, I won't care that you're not updating or returning my comments, et cetera.

If there's some sort of freak accident and your best friend, family member, or yourself is seriously hurt, in the hospital, or anything horrible... you do not need to contact me to let me know. Deal with that and just let me know what happened whenever you get back.

If I don't see any activity on your site (updating), for two weeks, I'll comment you and e-mail you, reminding you to update. A week later, I'll e-mail you again. After two months of no updates, your site will be deleted.

It's actually very frustrating that I pay for my hosting and willingly take in hostees for free and they can't even update.

link me

You're required to link me (at Skyline Illusions) on ever page of your site. I'm your free host, please respect that and link me.

e-mail

You must always have an active e-mail account that you check and will respond to. I need to be able to reach all of my hostees through e-mail. The e-mail I use to contact you can be your own e-mail or an e-mail account I give you, if you want one.

I must have a personal e-mail of yours on file that is not on e-mail account that I give you with the hosting.

language

Your site needs to be in English.

content

What you display in your layouts is up to you, but anything racist or pornographic will not be accepted, and will be removed. Mild nudity is fine.

banning

I hate banning an owner from their site, but if you have seriously inappropriate content in your layout, I will remove it and ban you until we get to talk through e-mail or AIM.

If you don't update for over a month, and you haven't really contacted me to tell me why, I will write an update on your site that says to please contact your host. As soon as you contact me, I'll tell you that not updating for more than two weeks is not appropriate or excepted, but you'll have your site back and I won't fire you as a hostee.
